Simple on the surface, the Spiga Collection is layered with elements that combine to create a truly innovative and one-of-a-kind collection.  The original inspiration for the Spiga Collection came from the square cut-out on the back of a high-end contemporary Italian chair.    The idea of the square was refined and expanded on - you see it in the backs of the chairs and also on the fronts and sides of the case pieces, achieving complete harmony within the collection.  The other components which make the Spiga Collection unique include the carefully selected primavera and walnut veneers - separated by route lines and patterned in a way that adds warmth and a playful retrospective.  Custom chrome hardware was developed to mimic the shape of the square - on the drawer fronts this creates the illusion of depth and gives almost a shadow-like effect.  New technologies such as the cracked glass were incorporated to give the group a "wow" factor that is still unrivaled in the marketplace.  Finally, the rich, multi-step "venge" finish adds a lustrous and beautiful sheen to the group, making the Spiga Collection truly exceptional.
